CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 480(STA) "An Act providing that the                                           
death of an employee killed because of the employee's job status shall                              
be considered an occupational death for purposes of survivor's pension                              
benefits in the teachers' retirement system and the public employees'                               
retirement system" was read the second time.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
